My reflection on yesterday's challenge.
Today's Topic:
It's possible you do make some time to be still and do nothing in your day. I would hazard a guess you would be the minority. I vow to meditate once a day, guess what I don't. I should, I could but I just don't. When I do though pure bliss. Hey ain't no one got time for that right or I can't do it or it just doesn't work for me. Ok. I must admit it takes practice but it's worth it. Setting aside time to just be still can be challenge. If you make some of this previous time, you won't be disappointed. I won't go into the specifics of how I meditate here, that's for a later post, plus I'm sure there's a Youtube vid for that :) Although I must highly recommend the meditainment series of CD's. The ones pictured below I bought years ago and they're a treasured part of my CD collection. Five stars for a wonderful relaxing journey. I haven't listened to them in a while (probably as I don't have a portable CD player in the bedroom). Now when I meditate I want to see what stuff is thrown up by my mind when I try to be silent and then love the bliss of stillness when it all quietens. When do you simple do nothing in your day?
